Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging to ensure safe transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For larger furniture pieces, we will coordinate a convenient time for our white-glove courier service to collect the item from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
